Ingredients
Garlic: Garlic is widely used around the world for its pungent flavour as a seasoning or condiment. This assertion has the backing of long tradition in herbal medicine, which has used garlic for hoarseness and coughs. The Cherokee also used it as an expectorant for coughs and croup.

Cayenne: The cayenne pepper -- also known as the Guinea spice, aleva or bird pepper or, red pepper -- is a hot, red chilli pepper used to flavour dishes and for medicinal purposes. Named for the city of Cayenne in French Guiana, it is a cultivar of Capsicum annum related to bell peppers, jalapeños, and others. The Capsicum genus is in the nightshade family (Solanaceae). Cayenne is used in cooking spicy dishes, as powder or in its whole form (such as in Sichuan cuisine) or in a thin, vinegar-based sauce. It is generally rated at 30,000 to 50,000 Scoville Units.
